See how people really use your assistant

Conversation insights

Conversation insights turn your stored chats into an owner-facing read on how people use your assistant—the themes they ask about, their intents, the sentiment of conversations, and how they end. It's aggregate analysis for the business: near-duplicate questions are consolidated into canonical themes, and you never see verbatim transcripts.

What you get

  • Recurring themes consolidated from messy phrasings—"order eta", "where's my order" and "delivery time" become one
  • Per-conversation intent, sentiment, and outcome (resolved, escalated, abandoned…)
  • Effort at a glance—average tool calls and time to service, overall and per request type
  • Per-card engagement—see which specific cards get clicked, and via which action (added to cart vs. viewed)
  • Aggregate only—no verbatim transcript is ever exposed to the business
  • Distilled after conversations settle, off the chat hot path
  • Per-application toggle; available on Growth and higher

How it works

1

Turn it on for your app

Enable conversation insights in the application's Insights settings. It builds on conversation storage, so storage must be on and you need a Growth plan or higher.

2

Conversations are distilled as they settle

A short while after a conversation goes idle, a background pass summarises it once into structured signals—short topic and intent labels, sentiment, and outcome—skipping sensitive identifiers.

3

Themes roll up across the app

Near-duplicate topic labels are clustered into canonical themes with combined counts, so the Insights dashboard shows what people actually ask about, not a thousand phrasings.
