Description of Service

yak is an AI assistant platform that helps organizations embed a conversational assistant into their software products. yak can be configured to connect to customer-provided APIs (for example, REST, GraphQL, or tRPC) so the assistant can answer questions and perform actions using real application data and workflows.

• Embed an in-product AI assistant via SDK/components
• Connect the assistant to your existing APIs and systems (allowlisted tools)
• Provide end-user self-service support with account-specific context
• Automate common tasks through conversational actions
• Offer usage-based billing for AI messages and plan-based features

AI and Tooling Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate outputs. AI-generated responses may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate, and should not be relied upon as professional advice (including legal, medical, financial, or safety advice). You are responsible for evaluating outputs before use.

If you enable API-connected tools, the assistant may execute actions in your systems based on conversational instructions. You are responsible for configuring allowlists, permissions, and safeguards appropriate for your use case.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Payment Terms
