Subprocessors

To provide the yak platform (the "Service"), we engage a small number of third-party service providers ("subprocessors") that process data on our behalf. This page lists our current subprocessors, what each is used for, and the categories of data they process. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
We share only the data necessary for each provider to perform its function, and each subprocessor is bound by contractual obligations to protect that data. Where conversation storage is enabled, retention is controlled by the customer operating the assistant — see the Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to this list
We may update our subprocessors as the Service evolves. When we add or replace a subprocessor that processes personal data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date. Customers with a Data Processing Addendum in place may request advance notice of material changes as set out in that addendum.
